Since 2023, the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah has designated several local entities in Saudi Arabia as the only authorized organizations to arrange and offer Hajj packages to pilgrims from Western Countries. Those interested in performing Hajj must secure their package through Nusuk, an online portal, as packages cannot be purchased through foreign companies nor can payments be made to them. Al-Bait Guests is set to enhance the pilgrim experience by employing seasoned Hajj guides to offer educational, spiritual, and logistical guidance.

Age Restrictions for Hajj This Year?
Everyone aged 13 and above is welcome to participate in this year’s Hajj. There is no maximum age limit set.
Can Non-British Passport Holders Residing in the UK Perform Hajj?
If you’re a UK resident, regardless of your passport, you’re eligible for Hajj, adhering to the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s regulations.
Is There a Lottery System for Hajj Bookings?
No lottery system will be used this year. Reservations will be processed based on a first-come, first-served principle.
Hajj Participation for British Expatriates?
Our packages include flights from the UK. British expats can request to have flights omitted from their package after booking through Nusuk, pending approval.
Method of Payment?
Recharge your e-wallet in your Nusuk Profile. Various payment options are available, including debit/credit card and bank transfer. We recommend using an online bank for potentially better exchange rates and fewer fees.
Are the Packages ATOL Protected?
ATOL protection does not cover package payments. We suggest securing appropriate travel insurance. Some protection may be offered by debit/credit card payments; consult your card provider.
Required Vaccinations?
Vaccinations for meningitis (ACWY) and both doses of the Covid-19 vaccine are mandatory.
